Alafin Of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi is Dead

 

The monarch who was aged 83 years died in the Late hours of Friday, April 22 2022

He is said to be the longest ruling Alafin having ruled for 52 years

Unconfirmed reports has it that the Monarch has been sick for some time now and that arrangements were already taking place for him to be flown abroad for treatments along with few of his wives

He was born October 15, 1938 into the Awolodu Royal family
